Delete your Colmena account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Colmena account with Colmenita, what is deleted, and which limited records may still be kept.
How to request account deletion

Open the Colmena app and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Account.
- 3
Tap Delete account and confirm the request.
If you no longer have the app
Google Play requires a web-based request path too. If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email privacy@colmenita.com from the email address tied to your account and use the subject line below.
Data deleted when you delete your account
- - Your account email, sign-in credentials, and active sign-in sessions are deleted.
- - Push notification tokens are deleted.
- - Saved child age-range profiles are deleted.
- - Bundle photos and listing free-text fields are deleted.
- - Message bodies that you sent are deleted.
Limited records that may still be kept
- - A minimal deleted-account record and linked reservation or listing references needed to keep shared transaction history consistent for other users.
- - Wallet, ledger, dispute, and admin audit records tied to completed transactions, fraud checks, or legal obligations.
- - Invite-request records and similar operational logs reduced to the minimum data needed for those purposes.
Retention
How retained records are handled
We do not apply an extra waiting period before account deletion. Once your request is processed, the data listed above is deleted or removed from active use.
Some shared transaction, accounting, safety, and audit records are kept separately only while they are needed for those purposes or required by law. We review retained records periodically and delete or further reduce them when they are no longer required.
